Paid bill via Apple pay 5 days ago, its still in pending and my services are off

I don't understand what is happening I paid via Apple Pay and my services are suspended, I don't understand.

I paid on Wednesday, today is Monday and it's still in pending but it's out of my bank, what is happening can someone please help.
