I am the account holder I am the bill payer, but when I go to access my accounts online to see about upgrade my sim or phone or change anything it says I don’t have permission contact the bill later. That’s me?? Can someone help please.

@Tog45 You set yourself up on your account as a user not as the bill payer. You need to go to your account online and check your users status from user to bill payer.
Account Settings and change your access from user to bill payer.
