I see 10 addons as extra charge on my bill and have no idea. Please help!

Was the EE SIM card in a device in Turkey, @gtunc? The roam abroad pass would only trigger if it was.

Are you aboard? They look like Travel Data Passes & you got charged on each day (10) you used your allowances there.

I was abroad in Turkey in Jan but used a Turkish sim card. I didn’t ise my ee sim card. I don’t know why they charged me those.

@Christopher_G : But only if you used it in anger, not just that it was present!

@gtunc : Using it would include receiving calls.

If any system apps had refresh enabled or check-for-updates on auto, this would also trigger data use.

Hi all, I had a chat with an agent and looks like it was triggering everyday even tho I didn’t use it. It was plugged in to my old phone just in case if I get any sms from my gp. 

ee was kind enough to apply credit to my account ❤️
