cancelled sim but still paying for it

hello, i have cancelled a sim back in october-november and ee are still taking money out of my account.

@iaqi  You need to call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i called them and they said it was all cancelled and whatnot. i will call them again tomorrow
