I pay for 3 phones and am being overcharged how can I view my bill, to see where the overcharge is happening?

@Nickie1970  On your online EE account or via the my EE app. You just need to look at the bill breakdown. If you’ve not looked at this how do you know you’re being over charged?   There could be out of allowance charges added to the bill/s.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
The 3 phones in question were capped, so the bill wouldn’t go out of control. It’s like I’ve paid for another phone. I’d love to speak to someone but the shop has literally just shut down and after waiting in a queue for 15 mins I was cut off.

Hi @Nickie1970,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Did you manage to take a look at your bill in My EE?

What unexpected charges are you seeing? Are your plan costs higher than you expected or are there additional charges for usage/services outside your plan?

James
