Good morning just wanted to know why I have to pay for two numbers when I only have one number that I use and thats XXXXXXXXXXX & not XXXXXXXXXXX because it is costing me a bill of £52.25 amonth for two numbers when I am only use 1 number not 2 numbers

Please don't post personal info like numbers in your posts, this is a public forum.

Do you have a watch plan? They have a number on them for billing purposes. Have you upgraded recently and maybe added a new number by accident?

What plan does the unknown number say it is on your bill?

Ultimately though, you will need to call EE as no one has account access here.
