Not received SIM card but getting charged

I have received bill by post so EE obviously have my address.

Haven't sent my SIM card and I have no mobile service

Hi @stephenleishman

Welcome to the community.

It could be delayed in the post. Do you live near an EE store? You could pop in with ID and they'll give you a replacement there and then.

Hello Christopher, I don't really and I have had a stroke so it makes it difficult to travel. All I need is the SIM card. Unfortunately it appears to be nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone without a phone but unfortunately I don't have a sim  card so can't call them. Catch 22 position I'm afraid
