My account says thanks for upgrading but I haven’t upgraded

I’m really confused. Just logged I to my app and I’ve got a message on the screen that says thanks for upgrading but I haven’t. Is this an EE mistake?

Sounds like it could be a mistake, @Sherranpw.

Are your contract dates showing correctly in your My EE account?
