Hello , i setup 2 contracts over a week ago. One for my existing sim and I ordered a sim for my son. I was meant to have 10gb but it says 2gb?! Which has run out nearly. Also my sons sim has still not arrived! Please call me on xxxxxxxxxxx. Thanks

Welcome to the community.
What does it say on our add-on status checker? It could be that there is 8GB triggered to kick in when the 2GB is used.

@Danhaze , SIM cards are sent by second class post, but with postale strikes, could be delayed. If you are near an EE store, then you could go in there with an ID and get it there instead.
