Not got any products but owe money

Hi there,

I don’t currently have any products or have access anymore to the device or have any details about the contract but have a outstanding debt to EE how do I start a payment plan.

Welcome to the community.

It will depend on who the debt is currently with as to who you need to speak to.

If you've heard from a debt collection agency (DCA) about the balance, you'd need to speak to them about settling the amount.

If you've not heard anything from a DCA and have noticed it on your credit file, the best option would be to give our customer service guides a call. Even if you don't have account details, they'll be able to search for the account and either pass on DCA details, or discuss the payment with you.
