I cancelled my contract in December and I paid my final bill. I even got credit back on that bill and in the EE app it says my account is closed. But EE have been consistently awful and have brought an issue to a debt collector about my final bill which they believe I haven’t paid. I tried to talk to the debt collector about this issue and they said that EE had stopped communicating with them. What am I supposed to do considering I now have a low credit score because of this issue. I am very frustrated especially with the lack of actual customer service that EE provides
