Not able to view my mobile bill through the EE app/online

ve been able to view bills until today ,I have two phone numbers on one account and I cannot view them, they have gone, says  link your number in the EE account, when I do it says number already linked

Are you using the same email address you registered for the EE account to log in? 

Do you get the same message on the app and EE account online?
