@El_Fergo   Is anyone else on EE having this same issue?   Have you tried a different sim in your device or your sim in a different device?   Does WiFi caking work ?  this is an important one to know because if it doesn’t then your sim is probably faulty and you need to request a replacement SIM card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No network gurantees 24/7/365 100% uptime in a particular area, but is there a recognised network fault in your locality, showing on the status board? ("Check service status" on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker )

Definitely an issue with the area, it's all anyone can talk about at the minute.

Yeah there's a known fault and it's taking a lot longer to fix than expected apparently

FYI you have a short time after posting to edit, negating the need for multiple short replies.

The vast majority of local outages are resolved quite promptly, but sometimes when there are third party issues outside EE's direct control - these are a significant cause when losses of service become protracted. It's never intentional.

You can always use WiFi-calling to continue using your phone indoors anytime there's a coverage issue - whether the reason is lack of coverage, or a fault. EE-CS should be your point-of-contact for all account-specific issues.

@El_Fergo , if you have broadband and a phone that has wifi calling, then use that, as that will work.
