Getting a printed bill and talking to someone

I want to print last months bill how. do I do it. And how do I talk to someone from EE I have tried continually for 45 minutes and I have had enough the system is so customer unfriendly. I have just got out of hospital and do not need this!

Welcome to the community,

If you click on the bill you want to download and then click on that, at the top there is an icon, click on that and you can then choose to print the bill, have just checked, easy to do.

If you need to speak to someone, just key in 150 via your phone and then once options are given, press 2, that should put you through to someone.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
