You've posted a statement in the subject line of your post, but no actual question in the body of your message.
If you're looking to give 30days notice to cancel your contract, advice is on https://ee.co.uk/help/profile/leaving-ee/cancel-my-contract-with-ee
EE-CS on 150 can accept your disconnection notice.

Assuming this is a mobile contract.
Your contract doesn't end just your minimum contract term has ended. To leave you need to give 30 days notice to cancel as @bristolian says.
If you don't your contract will continue on a rolling monthly bases and may increase I f any discounts expire with your minimum term.
Thanks
