Can’t see my bill. I paid last time my bill and sill can’t see my account on the app.

If the SIM is working then it doesn't sound like your account has been closed @Milli5 

The online account shouldn't be saying this though, so I'd recommend speaking to our customer care team who can get this sorted for you so you can see future bills online.

Have you had access to your account via the app before?

What happens when you log in, do you get an error?

Yes, i did have access before. Now  I have a communication that my account is close even though I have a contract which I didn’t know but I paid recently for all my bills.

Yes, I was behind because I didn’t know I got the contract. Now I know I pay on time. Yes, the card sim is working. 

Before new year I paid my last bill
