For the 2nd time DPD have failed to attempt to deliver my phone from EE, that is 2 days that someone has wasted waiting in for it,
when I use the EE app for orders it doesn’t work and when I use the link to try and find it it says access denied
I should listen to my son in law and move providers this is a joke

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your delivery, and I can understand your frustration. I'd recommend reaching out to our team and they can check if there have been any notes left about why this has failed.

@BrianCraine , have you got the DPD app? You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you will have to show the driver in order to receive your device.
