EE online broadband account is not fit for purpose. Why is it so difficult to see my boradband bill online - all I ever get is blue/green circles going round and round ad infinitum. Does anyone else have this problem?

If you're facing issues with your online account, as a first port of call I'd recommend giving this a try from a different device, or trying a private browsing window, as this can rule out the possibility of a local issue.
If these issues persist regardless of device, it's likely linked to the setup at our end, and I would recommend giving our team a call so they can take a closer look.
