So every time I attempt to link my 4G mobile broadband router the website is down, everytime. It’s now gotten to the point that my direct debit failed and I have to phone them every month despite having money in my account. Why won’t the website let me link my broadband? I’ve tried on web and in app.

What exactly is happening when you try the Link a product and enter the number for your mobile broadband router? Have you tried logging in on another browser to link it?
When you called up have you asked one of our guides to link it for you, as if you are unable to link it online they should be able to help link it up on our system for you so that you can manage it online.
