Website constantly down??

So every time I attempt to link my 4G mobile broadband router the website is down, everytime. It’s now gotten to the point that my direct debit failed and I have to phone them every month despite having money in my account. Why won’t the website let me link my broadband? I’ve tried on web and in app.

Welcome to the EE Community

What exactly is happening when you try the Link a product and enter the number for your mobile broadband router? Have you tried logging in on another browser to link it? 

When you called up have you asked one of our guides to link it for you, as if you are unable to link it online they should be able to help link it up on our system for you so that you can manage it online.

A constant problem with EE. The App or website, both are appalling. Cannot view my account again today , same on the app. it’s just sooooo boring.

best service provider in the u.k though, so i count myself lucky.

EE have managed to degrade modern life just a little bit less than their competitors.

If you can’t manage a website or App EE, may i suggest you employ some humans to answer the phones. 

If you want to upgrade, I can pretty much guarantee that page link will work

Well done.  Worth every penny.
