I entered a competition by tecting £2.50 to the competition line - why do I also have a separate charge of 21p added to this when unlimited texts are supposed to be part of my package?

Resolved! Childrens contracts charged for my subscription

I have checked my bill and my apple music subscription and life 360 subscription charge is showing as extra charges on my bill but also on my Children's contracts, also roaming charges are on their bills when they weren't abroad with us. Any ideas?
