I upgraded my phone and I want to use my old fully working Galaxy S10 as a pay as you go mobile. I got a EE Sim from Tesco's but it will not connect to EE keeps saying no Service. Even though I have a signal and my new EE phone works fine from the same location.

Have you actually tried activating the SIM card? It could be that the pay as you go SIM card could be faulty.
