Hello!
I have got access to the NHS Perks webpage and I have successfully generated a code. I am not an EE customer yet, but I am looking at getting a 2 year contract on a device + EE All Rounder Unlimited sim (£39/month)
When I go through the process and try to input before finishing my purchase, it says it's not valid. I went to the EE store and they said that there's a possibility to add the 20% discount if I call in the first 30 days of my contract, which would take the price of the sim to ~£32.
I am a bit hesitant of going through this process without further reassurance. I've tried talking to the customer service on the phone but I ended up waiting for a very long time. Has anyone had this experience and can guarantee it worked for them?

Hi @Hansk
Welcome to the EE Community.
Great to hear you're looking to join EE.
It's best to make sure you have a valid PERK code before signing up so that it works when placing your order.
While it is possible to add the PERK code after, this may become an issue if the PERK code turns out to be invalid. No discount would be added.
You can check which deals and plans the PERK discount is eligible on at the EE PERK page
