Hi, I recently called up ee to stop all billing charges as I finished my contract yet it’s still generating bills. Do I have to pay them, how do I cancel it fully?

You need to give 30 days notice to cancel. Did you?

Hi @Baxts

Did you give 30 days notice as if not your billing will continue.

Your contract does not end, just your minimum contract term ends.

Thanks

You can't cancel & then request your PAC. It's 1 or t'other.

But even if I got my pac shouldn’t it have stopped billing me?

When using a PAC your contract is not cancelled until the PAC is used by the new provider to port your no. out. However as you say you've done both you are in a bit of a mish-mash.

No, requesting a PAC has no effect other than to give you the code. It's the use of that PAC to then port-out which is what cancels your contract. If the PAC is requested and not used, it lasts for 30days before expiring.

If you have an active PAC and request 30day cancellation, the PAC is cancelled. Equally if you have a 30day cancellation running, and request a PAC, the disconnection is cancelled.

Whichever is the most recent request, "should" therefore be active.
