I created it one year ago, it was working till i did a contract with EE. After i made a contract my account is not working, also i was in office and they could not help me.

When you say you took a contract, were you on pay as you go previously? @Khubson

Yes, it's going third month after i made a contract and EE taking payment from card.

Thanks for letting me know what's been happening @Khubson.
It sounds like your account is still linked to your previous Pay As You Go plan, which is now cancelled, but if you give our team a call, they will be able to take a look, and get your account set up with your new contract.
