My phone has been just restricted. It's saying I've reached my limit but I spoke to customer services last week and they sent me a text confirming that they are taking payment on 1st of may and they also applied a cap on my account on the call to prevent me going over my limit . They also did the same to me before I called last week which caused me alot of inconvenience that day. When I called they reassured me that it was fine for me to make payment on the 1st and that the cap will not let me go over the limit. Now I can't call ee because it's after 8 to even get it sorted out and I really need my phone this evening. I'm currently connected to WiFi. Is there a out if hours number

We have no out of hours number for billing issues like this. If you do still need to talk to us our team are open today until 9pm to help with your bill and the restriction on your account.
