My monthly plan says £42 million!

So I logged into the EE app on my phone and even the website and it says my monthly plan is like £42889426/month.

Usually it's £25/month. I cannot afford to pay 42 million quid a month.

@Shaun_Rae   That’s some tariff you’ve got there.      It might be worth calling customer services about this.      That’s some out of allowance charges.  🤪

The My EE app has been having some... teething problems over the past week or so but this is the first time I've seen those problems on a PAYM phone!

Please call customer services on 150. They alone can help; this is a user forum here.

Hi @Shaun_Rae.

Wow, that's slightly higher than expected.

Have you managed to get in touch with our Customer Care team?

@Jon_K  I’ve just noticed that’s excluding VAT.      🤣🤣🤣🤣.

That puts the bill to over £51 million.    🤣

@Jon_K "Have you managed to get in touch with our Customer Care team?"  To ask for a breakdown of those extra charges 🤣

Might be worth getting in touch with your Bank to get an Extended Overdraft for when the Direct Debit hits.

Seriously though, I do sympathise with you, I stayed in a Post House Hotel in Derby once for one evening and my Bill was over £250K, when I queried it, the reply was "did you use the Pay per View TV or the Bar Fridge?"

What on earth did they have in the bar fridge to cost 1/4 million £ !!!!
