Hi,

I would like to look at terminating my contract. My contract ends on the 26th November and I have seen a better deal with vodafone. Can you help me to arrange this so that the contract does not continue after 26th November?

Hi @GeorginaWest

You'll need to call EE CS on 150 to cancel your contract. You need to give 30 days notice.

Thanks

Hello @GeorginaWest ,

Welcome to the community,

I would suggest getting a PAC code nearer the date and giving it to your new provider, once you have the SIM card from them, that way you keep your number and it should all move over. You would still need to keep your account open, so that EE can send you your final bill. This they will do, either by email or post, and if any payments were due or refund, then this will also happen.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
