My card is charged £49.00 for an unknown subscription that I did not agree to, maybe I accidentally pressed something and it automatically charges me. Where should I go with this problem? Please tell me! And how can I solve it

It's a company called Topup Mobile - when you topup via them they enter you in to a subscription. It's basically a scam - can EE complain about them to google?

Thanks for sharing your experience, @paulstevenbaxte.
I'm sorry to hear this has happened.
As this relates to a third-party company, we'd recommend contacting them directly regarding the subscription and any associated charges.

I am requesting an immediate full refund of the £49 charge. I did not knowingly sign up for or authorise this subscription, and I was not aware that £49 would be taken from my account. I do not recognise this charge and I did not give permission for this payment. Please cancel the subscription immediately and refund the full £49 to my original payment method. Please also confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken. If this charge was made without my authorisation, I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Hi @Inamullahmomand
Thanks for coming to our community.
Have you had a chance to check out the solution on this thread?
As this has been done through a third party website, I'd recommend speaking to your bank to discuss this further.

Hi @Shahid786-
Please have a look through our Charge purchases to your EE Mobile bill | Billing and Payments Help | EE page where you can check the contact details of the company that you are being billed from. You can contact them to stop your subscription.
You can block 3rd party subscription and charges for the future. Just visit Charge purchases to your EE Mobile bill for steps on how to do this.

This JUST happened to me and I am usually so aware. They got me this time. I will dispute with my bank and have gone onto the site to delete the subscription. Thanks for sharing.
