My card is charged £49.00 for an unknown subscription that I did not agree to, maybe I accidentally pressed something and it automatically charges me. Where should I go with this problem? Please tell me! And how can I solve it

It's a company called Topup Mobile - when you topup via them they enter you in to a subscription. It's basically a scam - can EE complain about them to google?

Thanks for sharing your experience, @paulstevenbaxte.
I'm sorry to hear this has happened.
As this relates to a third-party company, we'd recommend contacting them directly regarding the subscription and any associated charges.

I am requesting an immediate full refund of the £49 charge. I did not knowingly sign up for or authorise this subscription, and I was not aware that £49 would be taken from my account. I do not recognise this charge and I did not give permission for this payment. Please cancel the subscription immediately and refund the full £49 to my original payment method. Please also confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken. If this charge was made without my authorisation, I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Hi @Inamullahmomand
Thanks for coming to our community.
Have you had a chance to check out the solution on this thread?
As this has been done through a third party website, I'd recommend speaking to your bank to discuss this further.
