Please could you help me. My ee bill is more than it should be today £44_06 came out of my account instead of £29. I spoke with one of your team last week and I had been charged extra due to phone call error. The man who I spoke with said this extra amount would come off my bill as a gesture of goodwill. I am so overdrawn now I am a disabled senior and live alone. Please could you help. Thank you. xxxxx xxxxxx

@Timmytwo7 You’ll have to speak with customer services about this. This public forum can not access your EE account to resolve this.
