Hello,
I moved from EEPAYG to PAYM last week, I rang on Friday and asked for my PAYG number to be moved to my monthly contract, this was actioned whilst I was on the phone. We’re 72 hours past and after numerous phone switching on and off, restarts, checking settings I am unable to make calls, which unhelpfully means I also can’t contact CS

What happens when you try making a call? Can you receive calls? Can you send text messages?
