Mis sold tablet

I found out today whilst ending my contract that I have been paying for a tablet for 2 years  I didnt even receive. It isn't showing on my app but they are insisting I did have it. They are refusing to give me any money back and the woman along with her manager were extremely rude saying as far as we are concerned you did receive it because our records show it.

@Johawkins  To see other devices on your account you need to click the the wording below CHANGE PRODUCT.  If a different number shows that’s your number that was for the tablet.

How have you only noticed you were paying more than you agreed after two years though? Surely you check your bank account from time to time? Sadly, you don't have a leg to stand on this far down the line. Anybody could ring up and say that. The DPD tracking number will have been recycled at this point. If you went to the regulator the ombudsman to complain impartially, they'd say that EE would be totally within their rights. I'm afraid you haven't taken due care to monitor either your EE account or payments going through your bank account. I know that sounds incredibly harsh but I'm just being honest with you.
