For some reason I can’t find my original email address when I started my contract. This means that I’m not classed as the account holder even though I am and I pay my bill. I think I tried with too many old email addresses and so I’ve messed things up, how can I sort this out ideally without calling as I’m suffering after a massive mouth operation and can’t talk very well

@Sazzie01 Have you tried using live chat if you currently have issues talking ? Or there then that you’ll have to call customer services about your issue.
