Hi @Samie1996
Welcome to the community.
You can request a PAC from us which is valid for 30 days. This What is a PAC code and how do I request one? article explains everything.

Text PAC to 65075 (to port no.) or STAC to 75075 (to get a new no.). It will respond with your PAC/STAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%. Give the PAC/STAC to new provider. Your EE contract will end when you are live on new network. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
If your contract with the new provider starts before 10/10/2022 you will be liable for Early Termination Fees. Your final bill won't be on 27/09/2022 but a few days after you start with your new provider.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
