I deactivated my account mid December. I called back ee today to reactivate my number as I need it to receive sms for banking and email. Unfortunately they said they can’t recover my number. I thought there was a 3 month limit. I feel completely lost on how to proceed with my banking/email authentication now. Can anyone advise?
