Starting post here as I saw this fellow here having the same issues as I am experiencing, and his post to the community got it resolved for him.
My issue is the same as his - including the same error when trying to buy gamepass time on my account now.
Please could somebody assist. Thanks.

Dissapointing I'd get better customer service options if I'd joined through BT then? Any recommendations on how I can speak to customer services without having to explain this on the phone to someone who doesn't have a clue what I'm on about?

Similar to what's being discussed over there.
I am NOT confident that my Game Pass will revert to myself/Microsoft despite the assurances that I've had there and on Twitter/X
That this is still an issue is really a poor show on BT/EE
There is no way I'll be renewing my fibre or mobile if this doesn't get sorted.
I was given some half hearted assurance that my sub with EE is still running because I had 4 months left on my original game pass account with MS then the 12 month EE freebie was added on to the END of this. Doesn't make sense to me, all round poor I have to say.

- Bioled twice in Contracts & Billing
- Samsung Watch Ultra and Google Pixel 8 Pro in Small Business
- Cant link my business phone, and cant redeem MS365 voucher in EE app and website
- Unable to access Xbox Game Pass in Offers & Add-ons
- AirPods with 24 month Apple Music - I can't add the Apple Music pass? in Offers & Add-ons
