Limited plan choice when buying online

I'm looking at getting a new Pixel 9 pro for myself and iPhone 15 for my wife however when selecting both on the website I am only offered the Unlimtied All Rounder or Unlimited Full Works plan choices. Why am I unable to select the cheaper ones?

I have tried to reach out on the helpline but got stuck in a loop of asking for my EE phone number when I'm a new customer (and selected so in the options) and have tried to visit in store too but couldn't hang around long enough for someone to be available so am at a bit of a loss!

I have BT / EE broadband so am keen to move over to benefit from the £20 off the plans but am seemingly unable to actually sign up for the ones we are after!!

Any ideas?

This does seem odd @Jmct88. If you call our Sales team, then they should be happy to take a look, and help you get this sorted.

@Jmct88  Are you logged in to your account as I’m seeing around 7 different tariffs.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Jmct88,

Welcome to the Community!

Are you logging into your online account or the EE app, as you may see more options online.

Thanks for the replies! When I'm not logged in I can see the full offering. The issue seems to be when I do log in they mostly disappear, I'm just left with the following two:

Have tried both online and in the app. I think I'll need to persevere either on the phone or in the shop!
