Hi i’m having a problem with my bill it tells me i’m £70.62 overdue but when i’ve gone to pay this it takes me to a new page and says i’m all up to date on my payments until the 12th of November? am i overdue or am i up to date i don’t want this affecting me in the future ?

No-one on this forum has access to your individual account. Can you post up screenshots of what you're seeing?

Otherwise EE-CS on 150 should be able to advise on your specific account.

 So this is what i’m seeing and i can’t make sense of it as it doesn’t let me make a payment?

I'm really not sure why it is picking up overdue on one but the other is saying it is up to date.

The best thing I can suggest is to give our billing guides a call, and they can bring up your account to see what is showing there, and if needs be, take the payment from you.
