leaving EE because my bill was £57 and use to be £20 a month I only get benefits  monthly

Can you not get a SIM only or a basic SIM

£37 of extra charges ontop of a £20 plan would suggest non-inclusive usage. Have you checked your bill to see what you're spending the extra on?
