All I want to go is look at my bloody plan for my phone, it's been nearly 2 weeks now , I'll keep wasting my time calling. Getting new people every time keep going through the same old thing. And then get a call saying my case is closed. But we're still looking into it. Who's its looking into. I feel like closing my account and going elsewhere.

What is it about your plan that you're looking to check? Your first post, just says "look at my bl**dy plan" - what does this mean? What do you want to look at?
Unless you have a very unusual exception, most EE's plans include 3 elements. 1: A certain number of voice call minutes, covering calls to 01, 02 & 03-prefixed landlines, and UK mobiles. 2: An allowance of text messages for sending to UK mobiles, 3: A data allowance for mobile data use.
