Hi, I’ve just received a text saying I want to leave and also giving me my final balance. Has anyone else had a similar experience and if so what do I do about it?

@Jonah70   Give customers services a call to check in this.    You shouldn’t get that message unless you invoke it.

I would also change your EE account password and all other passwords you have.  Ie Bank accounts

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It won't say you want to leave. It's saying should you want to leave this is how much it'll cost you, after you enquired about what happens were you to leave. You may safely ignore it until you give your 30 days notice to cancel.

I didn’t enquire about leaving that’s why I was initially wondering about what to do
