Invoice for purchased headphones

Hello. I just called the electronics customer service to request a receipt for headphones I purchased outright via your website. They told me you do not provide and proof of purchase be it receipts or invoices which I find a huge breach of consumer rights as now I am unable to file a warranty claim for my headphones - they explicitly do not accept order confirmation emails.
So is it true you cannot provide this?
If so, others beware and do not order from this website.
