Welcome to the community,

I would suggest you have a look at the breakdown of your bill to see why it has increased, there is nothing we can do here, you would otherwise have to speak to customer service about this, as there is no account access and we have no idea who you are.

Ok will do on Monday. Surprised there is no one to speak to over a weekend
when people are off !

@Dee1953 , you can speak to customer service, they are there until 20.00 hours, I believe it is, they may just be busy with other customers, as not all will be working as it is the weekend, but worth a try.

Thank you. They are closed over the weekend. You would of thought they
would be open ! Not good customer service .

Open from 0800-20.00 hours. Not sure why you have not seen this and think they are not open, this is for Saturday and Sunday, week days are longer in the evenings.
