Is there a way to unsubscribe from bloody text messages and emails regarding your monthly bill notifications, ' your bill is now ready to view'
I'm in a bloody broadband contract, and the payments are the same every month. I do not need reminding.
None of my other bills inform me.

You can follow these steps to manage your Ebill alerts
1. When Logged in to My EE, click "Manage" under 'My EE Mobile'
2. Click "Settings"
3. Scroll down the page until you get to "Manage your plan" and click "Manage" next to 'Your usage alerts'.

@Ali_A : That's for mobile bills. OP is on BB. He may not even possess a 'My EE Mobile'.

I would suggest giving our customer service team a call to see if we can update things on the system to stop those monthly emails coming out.
