Double Billing

I was billed twice on my pay monthly phone. I was told that the billing was supposed to be £56 per month but I was billed £56 plus £45 , making a total of £107 . Please can someone help rectify this.

Bills

Had bill of 54.00 and payed it then 2 days later was told I had to pay another 7.07 for pro rata  not happy and will be looking into changing provider as ee charge what they want and when they want
