You should be able to view your bills in the Bills & Payments section of your EE Online account.

Are you using the EE app or EE online?

Is your device connected to WiFi when trying to download your bill?

I joined a few weeks ago, every time I try to check bill it says its not working, wish Id never left Virgin

Welcome to the EE Community, and I can appreciate your frustration if you're unable to check over your bills as intended. 

Is it mobile or broadband you've switched over to us for, and can you please let us know a bit more about what exactly happens when you try to check these?
