I paid by card over the phone and the automated voice said service would be restored within an hour but it's been 2 and no change âšī¸

If you've recently paid an overdue bill then it can take 24 to 48 hours for your services to restore.
Have you got a Direct Debit in place to make sure they are paid on time and to stop having your services being suspended?

Yes, the direct debit is in place. However additional charges were created
by a child paying for game packs...
When I made the payment, the automated voice said services would be resumed
within the hour. This didn't happen so I spoke to customer services
this morning and it is now resolved.
