Two phones on sim only plans , both eligible for upgrades. both phones are in my name but paid from different bank accounts as one is my sons.
i can upgrade my sim online but not the other phone ? this is proving impossible to resolve as when my husband phoned EE yesterday they would not accept the password? I am using it right now to log in?

Thanks for your message.
Any account password used when calling may be different to the one you use to manage your account online.
I'd recommend giving our team a call, as you are the account holder, and they can discuss your options.
Thanks.
Leanne 🙂

hi thanks for your reply , however my husband has authority to speak on my behalf as I am deaf (i only use my phone for texts , social media etc) as two incorrect passwords were submitted yesterday I am worried that a third attempt will result in my sons phone being locked ? I just want to upgrade his sim to a better deal for him . I can do mine online from my account with no issues , but if i try and do his (both phones in my name) it reverts at checkout to my number .

There is only 1 combined bill for all the phones under 1 EE a/c. So these 2 phones must be under separate EE a/c's. Are you looking at the wrong EE a/c for your son's phone?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Ah right , there are two different account numbers but i can see both phones on my account and there are two different direct debits for payment ....this is messy

- EE no longer making it viable to consider upgrading in Contracts & Billing
- Two things, website speed and balance of phone. in Contracts & Billing
- Phone will be disconnected due to inactivity in Pay as you go
- EE flex plan in Contracts & Billing
