Why am I being charged without a bill

Every month you send an email with a link to the bill but I am unable to find a bill on the account I’m not even able to find the account number. The link contains EE sales only, and for that reason I am sat on a call about to leave EE but that’s as difficult as finding the bill. Half an hour wait already and still holding.

@Paula-Z ,

Welcome to the community,

Is this for mobile account or broadband?

Have you logged in via the EE App or online via the website? If broadband, you should have the account number in the email when you first got broadband, if mobile, then you should see it using your mobile number. Have you actually registered with your email address and password either online or via the EE App?

You should be able to see them, they do not send out bills via email, but if you want paper bill sent by post, then you will have to pay and request them.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
