I have several lines on my EE account. For some reason for months now I'm unable to reduce ..downgrade 2 of my sims. Or upgrade aims or have new devices..I've called EE so many times..they either cut me off or fob me off I finally spoke to someone today who told me there's an error on my account but can't tell me why or what is it.. they confirm I have excellent credit and the amounts I can go up to but because of this error I can't adjust any aspect of my account and it hasn't been sorted no one will say who I should talk to or who can help sort this out. I can't only EE know why this is happening but they keep passing the buck. I want this sorted. Now!

@Sandidarcy  You have to query this with customer services so they can get it looked into.

I’ve tried to .. they keep fobbing me off I can’t do anything with my account at the moment it’s been months and nothing is being done and to be honest I have no idea what to do next..

No they didn’t nothing is being done.. I’m going to cancel both lines to take immediate effect I called again last Friday 3 times Regards Sandra Charles
